It will be my honor to continue to represent District 5 on the Madison Common Council. I am currently serving on the Madison Food Policy Council, City-County Committee, Water Utility Board, and Joint Campus Area Committee. I previously served on Madison’s Sustainability Committee, Education Committee, Finance Committee, Landmarks Ordinance Review Committee, and the Subcommittee to Establish a Council Code of Conduct. Prior to my Council service, I was a member of the Madison Metropolitan School District Advanced Learning Advisory Committee, and the Board of Directors for Beth Israel Center. Professionally, I oversee statewide chronic disease and cancer prevention programs for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. I have lived in the district for more than 20 years, where my husband and I raised two children, both graduates of West High School.

I’m asking for your vote to continue to be your voice on the Madison Common Council. I will continue to apply my experience with advocacy, health, compassionate leadership, strategic planning, and budgetary management to advancing our shared values.
